Lady Carolyn Locklear

Lady Carolyn Locklear (known as Lady C) is a native of Baltimore, Maryland currently residing in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband of 33 years and three beautiful daughters and one grand-daughter and one grandson. She is a graduate of Strayer University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Public Administration.

Her Apostolic roots were cultivated while attending Faith Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Baltimore, Maryland under the leadership of the Late Bishop Hansome Lewis Walker, who was her father. Her foundation for ministry was laid as she faithfully served on the Usher Board, in the choir, worked with the Youth Department and in Sunday School and Prayer Service. In 1987, after marrying the man of her dreams she relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina and continued serving the Lord with her husband at Praise Temple Apostolic Faith Church under the leadership of the Late Pastor Marie D. Battle until the Lord called her husband to Pastor in 1998.

Lady Locklear is faithful and loves serving the people of God. Lady Locklear has humbly accepted her mission to empower the body of Christ, and women in particular, to walk in God's purpose and utilize the gifts with which God has equipped them to build the Kingdom of God by being a Prayer Warrior/Intercessor. Her desire is to serve God in every endeavor and facet of life as she is used to impact the Kingdom and repair the brokenness in the lives of everyone she encounters. She loves to encourage the young people to excel not only in academics but in serving God with the Spirit of Excellence in everything they do.
